Throughout our website, you will find frequent reference to Belvedere1, which is the wine&oil operational unit of One Belvedere sarl.
This Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the Belvedere1 website.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.
These Terms apply to all customers, including international customers and Wine Club members.

Belvedere1 offers:
- Wines
- Extra virgin olive oils
- Wine Club memberships
All products are subject to availability.
Due to the nature of agricultural production:
- Vintage, composition, and characteristics may vary
- Images are for illustrative purposes only
4. Orders
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
Belvedere1 reserves the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities
- Correct pricing or product errors
In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
5. Prices
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) unless otherwise specified.
Prices may:
- Include or exclude VAT depending on the customer’s location
- Change at any time without prior notice
The final price, including shipping and applicable taxes, will be displayed at checkout.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g. Stripe or similar).
We accept major payment methods supported by the platform.
Belvedere1 does not store payment details.

- Delivery times may vary depending on destination
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes
- Customers are responsible for compliance with local import laws, especially regarding alcohol.
8. Wine Club Memberships
Belvedere1 offers Wine Club memberships, including subscription-based plans.
By purchasing a membership:
- You agree to recurring or scheduled shipments as defined in the selected plan
- Membership benefits and conditions are defined at the time of purchase
Important:
- Membership purchases do not automatically grant discounts on the membership itself
- Discounts, where applicable, apply only to eligible product purchases
Belvedere1 reserves the right to update membership structures, benefits, and pricing.
9. Subscription Billing and Renewal
Wine Club subscriptions may include:
- One-time annual payments, or
- Recurring billing (depending on the plan configuration)
By subscribing, you authorize Belvedere1 to charge the selected payment method accordingly.
Customers are responsible for:
- Maintaining valid payment details
- Updating billing and shipping information
10. Cancellation of Membership
Membership cancellation terms depend on the selected plan.
In general:
- Cancellations must be made before the next billing or shipment cycle
- Once a shipment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled

Due to the nature of the products, returns are limited to:

- Customs restrictions or import issues
- Improper storage after delivery
Use of products is at the customer’s responsibility.

Our products include alcoholic beverages.
In compliance with current legislation, One Belvedere sarl uses applications that allow verification of legal age of the buyer.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Italy, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
