Refund & Return Policy

1. OVERVIEW
Due to the nature of our products, including wine and extra virgin olive oil, returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions.
We aim to ensure that all products arrive in perfect condition and meet the expected quality standards.
2. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
As our products are perishable and consumable goods, we generally do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during transport
- The product is defective
- The incorrect product has been delivered
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please:
- Take clear photos of the package and the damaged items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We may request additional information to assess the issue.
If the claim is approved, we will offer:
- A replacement (subject to availability), or
- A refund for the affected items
4. INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange:
- Replacement of the correct item, or
- A refund, depending on availability
5. REFUND PROCESS
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed using the original method of payment
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
- Banks and card providers may require additional time to complete the transaction
6. SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side
- In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover any necessary replacement shipping costs
7. RETURNS SHIPPING
In cases where a return is approved:
- You will receive instructions before sending any items back
- Do not return products without prior confirmation
We do not accept responsibility for returns sent without authorization.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
Since our company supplies goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, the right of withdrawal pursuant to Articles 52 to 58 of the Consumer Code for distance contracts and contracts negotiated away from business premises is excluded. However, One Belvedere sarl conventionally allows the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal from a purchase provided that the shipment has not yet been dispatched.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
One Belvedere sarl is not responsible for:
- Improper storage of products after delivery
- Damage caused after successful delivery
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
